    Eligiblity for net
    Candidates securing at least 55% marks in their Master's Degree or equivalent from a recognised university in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science, etc. Are eligible to appear for the UGC NET exam conducted by NTA.

    Hello,
    Yes, you are eligible for both NET and SET exam. As per your qualifications you can appear in the History subject. In UGC NET exam candidate can appear in the subject in which they have completed their Masters or the related subject. NTA recently conducted the UGC NET June 2019 exam. The next NTA NET 2019 exam will be conducted in December 2019. And the online application process will be started in the month of August 2019. If you really want to become an assistant professor or Junior Research Fellow, then this will be an outstanding opportunity for you. Don't lose, just take it and make your bright career.
