Hi Vaibhav,
Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. For an instance, a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organisation and type of work profile and city - a metropolitan city

Considering all the parameters that you have given, are totally beneficial. I agree, but to take an informed decision, what are the other factors that needs to be considered?
