The process and procedure must start atleast 12 months before the period you wish to enroll in. Transfer is possible and is based on the credit-based system. You need to know that in addition to the typical application requirements, such as the application fee, transcript and letters of reference, you must submit a transfer application form and/or supplemental information. For deadlines and requirements you must check the university websites. Contact them via email, they will respond.
