What's the procedure to upload certificates in jossa 2020.
I don't have obc but I filled application as an obc candidate now I just want to participate as an general category student should I freeze the seat alloted me in 1st round and inform that I am not an obc candidate so I request u to convert me in to open category student in following rounds.
