    As of 2009, Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) has been merged with Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) to form Delhi Technological University (DTU). Therefore, if you are an alumni of DCE from 2004, you need to approach Delhi Technological University for your transcripts. The process to get your transcripts from DTU is as follows:
    Visit the official website of DTU and download the application form for transcripts. Fill the application form with all the required details, including your personal information, educational details, and the purpose of the transcripts.
