What's the right time to pursue MBA? Is it after the completion of graduation or getting 2-3 years of experience in corporate fields?

    If I had to go with this, I would say that completing your degree first is a better option why because once you start doing job studies hardly matters to you because you have already started working and people doing MBA want to get a good placement which you already have so, what will be the need for you to get back to studies? Once, you get a job, you gain experience which matters if a company wants to hire you then there's no point of returning back just to get a degree.

    From my personal experience, I would say work experience of 2-3 years is best before you take admission in an MBA college.
    This has 2 advantages:
    1) Placement and summer internship placements.
    2) Better learning as you can relate whatever is taught to your previous company.
    A number of companies shortlist students on the basis of their work experience is what I have seen in DMS, IIT-Delhi. Similar is the process of other B-Schools as well. So freshers have to sacrifice on a number of good companies similarly students with more than 3 years of experience do not get shortlisted at all.
