Salary for freshers in IT industry depends on type of Institute from which you are graduating. Students for Tier I Institutes such as IIT/NIT/BITS etc get CTC between Rs 6 to 10 Lakhs during campus placement. Whereas salary for Tier II & Tier III Institute graduates is between 2.75 to 4 Lakhs.
