    If you get placed during campus placement, then your CTC will depend on the reputation of the college. It varies from 3 lakhs to 15 lakhs, but if you are placed off campus, then your CTC will depend up on your skills and knowledge. You won't get a very high package. As per me, get admission in a good college and try to get placed in a good firm during the campus placement.

    Engineering graduates can get starting salary between Rs 3 to 10 Lakhs depending on branch and college you pass out from. MBA graduates can get starting salary between Rs 3 to 15 Lakhs depending on basic degree and B School you pass out from.
