What salary should I expect in the very first year? I have no work experience.

The placement is quite decent at SIESCOMS. The institute has very good relationship with a large number of corporate from various sectors. The placement for the batch 2013-15 is still going on. The statistical details of the placement of the said batch till date are as under: a. Highest salary: Rs 17.0 lacs p.a. b. Average salary: Rs 6.5 lacs p.a. c. Lowest salary: Rs 4.00 lacs p.a. d. No. of companies visited till date: 205 The ROI for SIESCOMS is quite comparable, if not better, than many of the comparable institutes considering the fees and initial placement salary. For other details including companies coming to the campus, please refer to the institution website. Addressing the fact that you are a fresher, you will not get a job or placed after first year. As per the course, you are placed during your second year only - anytime between sem 3 to sem 4 to be precise. Speaking of salary offered to freshers, let me highlight the fact that companies coming to the campus reserve the right select the candidate based on their preference and process which included aptitude test and GDPI. To give you a better clarity, there have been many instances where freshers have been offered the highest package from that batch. I hope this assists.
