What salary to expect as a fresher in networking withot ccna certification ,i have only completed training course in CCNA from NIIT.

I have not given the exam to get certified but have certificate of course completion ,can i get a job related to network administration and with what expected salary ?please give me answer in figure. my reason is financial problem for not giving exam of CCNA
