To get a guaranteed seat in MIT, you'll have to score atleast 130/200.

Hello, To get a seat for ECE, your rank in MUOET should be less than 1000 and so you may get a seat for ECE at ease. The scores are unpredictable as they vary depending on the number of applicants.
