    Generally it varies year by year but on average you should score between 121and 131 in JEE Mains to secure a seat in IIIT Guwahati. Applicants for an M.Tech. course should have a valid GATE score. Final shortlisting will involve an email invitation to shortlisted candidates to participate in an online interview.
