Though, there are various colleges accepting low marks and giving CSE on the basis of JEE Mains. To get into NITs with the lowest rank with your category, at least 110 marks are required. Although, mention your preferences to get a precise answer.

If I am correct, you want to ask the approximate marks needed in JEE Mains and 12th board for an OBC candidate to secure CSE branch in NITs. Going with this, I think that securing on the higher side of 170 in JEE Mains and having 75% in 12th board will definitely give you a seat for CSE. Hope it helps you.

The cut-off of 2018 for JEE Mains OBC category is 45. And the minimum percentage required in 12th in order to get the admission is 75%. Also, I want to tell you that scoring only the cut-off will not help you in getting the college. So your marks must be high. For example, it should be 100+ in OBC category. Then your chances of getting the college will increase, and you will get the college and your branch.
    Hope your query is resolved.

    Best of luck.
