    Marshall University offers various scholarships for international students. The criteria for these scholarships are based on high school GPA and ACT or SAT scores. For example, the John Laidley Scholarship requires a high school GPA of at least 3.7 and an ACT score of at least 28, or SAT score of at least 1300. The requirements for the other scholarships are:

    John Marshall: HS GPA >= 3.9 & ACT >= 30 or SAT >= 1360
    Board of Governors: HS GPA >= 3.5 & ACT >= 26 or SAT >= 1230
    Presidential: HS GPA >= 3.25 & ACT >= 24 or SAT >= 1160
