<p>Earning grades in high school above 85% as the general average, or while being in college above 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, have granted students the opportunity to avail of a scholarship at the Palawan State University. A mandated TOEFL score of at least 500 or an IELTS score of 5.5 is required on behalf of the student in question.
