<p>Following are the scores required for the scholarships at Southern Methodist University:<br>SMU Merit-Based Scholarships: These scholarships require a minimum GPA of 3.44, an SAT score of 1340, or an ACT score of 30<br>Presidential Scholarship: Applicants must meet the Presidential Scholarship criteria, which include a minimum GPA of 3.10 and a minimum New SAT/Old SAT/ACT score of 1100/1020/22<br>Transfer Presidential Scholarships: Students transferring from other accredited institutions must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 by the end of the spring semester to be eligible for these scholarships<br>Methodist Junior College Transfer Scholarships: These scholarships are awarded to students transferring to SMU from Methodist Junior College.
