The scholarship levels at West Virginia University are as follows:
Level 1 (3.8+ GPA and ACT greater than or equal to 30 or SAT greater than or equal to 1360): $5,000 for in-state students and $17,000 for out-of-state students
Level 2 (3.8+ GPA): $3,500 for in-state students and $14,000 for out-of-state students
Level 3 (3.5-3.79 GPA): $2,500 for in-state students and $11,000 for out-of-state students.
