What shall I do after completing M.Com to get a good job? I am not interested in PhD or teaching.

Actually, that depends on your area of interest. You can do your Ph.D or work in a good MNC to get a good package. Find out the areas, wherein you will be paid as per your expectations. But, make sure that you should have that x factor in you to get that package.
