What shall I do after graduating in B.Com to choose my career as a teacher in junior colleges for accounting subject? Shall I pursue M.Com?

You are advised to do M.Com BEd to seek job as a teacher in junior college. In order to seek job in college or university you are advised to do M.Com PhD & NET.

For long-term university teaching roles & career, Ph.D is a mandatory requirement.

I would like to suggest you that first of all you try for doing a Masters that is M.Com. After doing it, prepare for NET exam, it will make it easy for you to get a job as a teacher in any Junior College.
