What shall I do? I enrolled in SRM University online and paid the fees through management quota but haven't got any response yet.

Find the contact number of admissions department and call them or try to mail them, that would be better.

This problem is solver only by SRM Admission team so you should try in SRM University for better information about the seat reservation through management quota.
