What shall I do to become a doctorate in biotechnology? Which are the colleges for the same?

I have done my 12th this year and got 9.8 CGPA in 10th.

    Eligibility criteria for Ph.D in Biotechnology:
    1) A Master's degree is required to qualify for a Ph.D, and for some subjects, an M.Phil is required to start a Ph.D.
    2) For some universities, candidates are required to qualify for the national examination like national eligibility test for lectureship conducted by the UGC.
