Apart from preparing for the entrance test you should do a short term internship (few months) at one of the many hundreds of food/hospitality services startups (mobile app/portals). You could also do a short term internship (marketing/customer management) at a nearby restaurant/hotel. Speak with the HR folks there to get started. This short stint will help you in your interview and also help you position yourself better in your application bio-data (about you details).
