What shall I do to repeat 12th (science) as I haven't got good scores in the same?

Hi Himanshu, I would suggest you work on your weak areas by learning and practice because of which you lagged behind, and try to maintain your strengths. For this, you can do a few things like (a) managing your time properly. This can be done by diving your time according to the priority of the tasks, give more time to studies (self-study), and less time to your refreshment activities. (b) You should try to figure out your weaknesses and strengths and improve or make them better by the regular practising and learning. (c) You should stay in contact with the people who can help you resolve your study related problems. (d) Most importantly-Do not get distracted because of your friends or extra activities. Advice: You must have distractions in life, but just, to help you out, when you get distracted, focus more on your goal. Remember this. Hope this will help.
