What shall I write in my resume for 3 years gap? I took break in my Private job to prepare for government jobs.
I did job in office administration for 2 years in private institute in Aligarh after completing MBA in HR & Marketing.

You can not write any thing for this , at the time of interview you can tell them about your course period , or their is also a option you can make certificate for a short term course from any institute , this will help you
