What shall my son do in fourth year as USA demands 4-year Bachelor's degree? He has done his 3-year graduation in biology in India.

Hi,
Not every university has this requirement. You may do some research by visiting the university websites, also write to them. Some universities may suggest a WES evaluation of the degree or some may suggest he completes a PG Diploma or the 1st year of a Masters degree.
