What should an 11th standard girl do to be a pilot in the future? Is becoming a commercial pilot an easy job?

Becoming commercial pilot isn't an easy job but you can do it. Go to a flying academy and learn the basics of flying. Complete your requirements for license of flying and once you get license you'll be a commercial pilot.

Yes, the minimum height requirement is 5'3 with good hearing and no week eye sights, spirometry i.e lung function test, ECG to measure electrical impulse of your heart, hemoglobin test.

Complete your class 12 with PCM 50% marks. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of.
