It totally depends upon you in MBA, you will get exposure of business, it will help to enhance your interaction skills. You will learn skills of management that may help you to gain a good position in the corporate world. Or you can stay in your field. If you want to become a professor/ or go in the academic area, you can pursue M.Sc. But MBA has both scope in the area of the corporate world and educational world.

It totally depends on your interest and strength, go for the subject you're good at. What you love to do. MBA if you've Interest in marketing or business. Go for M.Sc and then Ph.D or integrated Ph.D. If you have an interest in research and B.Ed if you're passionate about teaching. Although you can be a professor during/after Ph.D. if you've cleared NET. You can prepare for UPSC if you're willing to be an IAS/ifs /IPS. SSC if you want to do a government job.

It totally depends upon person to person since if you develop interest in your present field, then surely you should pursue Masters in that. Otherwise, one with the business bent of mind can give wings to their skills by choosing MBA.

Better go for Masters in the same field instead of changing Field. Go for Masters in same course.

He should see what he is interested in and how he wants to see himself after 10 years of time. MBA would give you a quick job for sure. If that is your goal then it is definitely worth pursuing. A common option after B.Sc is M.Sc which is a good course if you are interested in research or lectureship later. Though you will have to give exams for it.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Sc/ B.Ed would be a better option. However, if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better.

After B.Sc, you can go for M.Sc in the same discipline. It totally depends on you whether you want to go for higher education or not. You can also focus on government service exams like SSC or UPSC. And, if you want to in teaching do your B.Ed and teach at school till class 10 after qualifying CTET. A and on increasing you degree to Masters u will be able to teach higher classes like 12.
    Regards.
