What should be my choice list if I have secured an OBC NCL rank of 1398 in JEE Advanced 2018, and I only want CSE at IITs?
I am confused over new IITs i.e. which IIT to give more preference to?

It is difficult to get the CSE in IIT because IIT, the OBC students also want a rank under 500 so for IIT institute, you have to choose the another branch in IIT or search the criteria which may be changed. All the best.
