Getting an IIT is the most prestigious thing for any one. In that case you should not think about the faculty. Any way you have to score 200 above in JEE Mains to get good NIT and JEE Advanced paper pattern vary from year to year. So we cant say the marks for advanced but being in top 5000 rank is the best thing for you.
