Generally, it is 50%. But you have to qualify GATE. If not then you can take admission in any private institute but it varies from one college to another.

The general eligibility is to have a minimum of 50% in your Bachelor's degree. But this varies from one institute to the other. And, you also need to clear the entrance exams for admission Into M.Tech courses.
