What should be my next step after completing M.Tech in ECE from Techno India College, Salt Lake, Kolkata?

You have a lot of options left with you as you have done you Masters. If you are very much interested in academics, then Ph.D is the obvious choice for you after completion of your M.Tech.
If not, then there are number of corporate giants that seek M.Tech pass outs as they want to hire subject matte

But Harsh one thing I would like to ask you, corporate giants like Google and Microsoft generally hire candidates who have 3+ years of experience. For freshers, these companies would take from campus recruitment.What about freshers after leaving college? Please reply.
