The next step after clearing the CPT exam is to take the Intermediate Professional Competence Course (IPCC) Examination. One is eligible for the IPC exam after nine months of study, after passing CPT. IPCC registration is not automatic and you have to submit the IPCC registration form. The fee for the IPCC registration is payable by way of demand draft/pay order in favour of secretary. The IPCC exam has 2 groups of seven subjects. To pass the IPC exam, a minimum of 40% marks in each subject and an aggregate of 50% in each group is required. The IPCC examination is conducted twice a year, in the months of May and November.
