What should be my next step to get into the teaching field? I have recently graduated in B.Com.

You can do BEd and start your teaching career as TGT. However I will advise you to complete M.Com and then do BEd for PGT teacher role.

There is no other formal course except B.Ed which will be of value for you. You can join NSS and do volunteer teaching in Adults education programme to gain experience.
