It varies from course to course. But a minimum of 60% is needed I guess. Plus for many courses there is eligibility plus a Scholarship Exam is there ie. LPU NEST. It's one of the best opportunities to get a scholarship. Anyways for more detail related to your course and eligibility you can check their website. Everything is available there. I hope it helps:). .

One has so many options or choices available these days, it is going to be difficult to decide which course one must pursue and also alongside as per eligibility requirements which course is available for you. I must advise one to take admissions to the course he/she desires, depends on qualifying for that programme. So, first of all, decide the programme that you want to join and check its Eligibility criteria for Admission. LPU conducts LPU NEST for all the programmes. LPU NEST is a National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility an

    Hi,
I would suggest you to score maximum, as the eligibility differs from programme to programme. The maximum of the courses is asking for 60%. So burn the midnight oil. I hope this helps.

Hi...

I need to clarify first: are you asking about admission to Chandigarh University for B.Tech/B.E, or admission to a medical/paramedical course (like B.Sc Nursing, MBBS, BPT, etc.)

The marks required and exam rules differ a lot depending on the stream.

Chandigarh University follows a holistic admission approach, giving importance to both Class 12 performance and JEE Main scores, depending on the route chosen. For JEE-qualified students, the JEE score primarily determines merit-based scholarships and priority counseling, while Class 12 marks ensure eligibility verification. For students not appearing in JEE, Class 12 performance, particularly in PCM subjects, becomes the primary eligibility criterion, alongside CUCET scores for CSE programs. This dual-focus system allows students with strong 12th marks but no JEE score to secure admission, while rewarding JEE participants with merit a

Yes, for B.E. admission at Chandigarh University, students must meet the basic eligibility criteria of Class 12, irrespective of their JEE score. Even for students applying with JEE Main 2026 ranks for scholarship consideration, meeting the 12th standard eligibility is mandatory.
