What should be my preparation plan for Hindi Medium (Paper 1) and History (Paper 2) in UGC NET?

Which coaching should I join in New Delhi for preparation? What opportunities do Hindi medium students have post JRF? I took UGC NET History on 29th Aug 2024 which was my 1st attempt. I am targeting NET Dec 2024 or June 2025. My education is in Hindi medium.
