One year preparation is for class 12th student or droppers so if they are sincerer to their study then definitely they will crack the JEE Mains exam. One year is good enough to crack JEE Mains. You have to make a time table for yourself. Join a crash course in FIITJEE. I recommend FIITJEE, Hauz Khas, South Delhi. The really got good teachers. Keep solving the questions and mock tests. For physics, solve H.C Verma. The strategy for solving this book is to solve the questions in reverse order. It will really help you with your concepts. For mathematics and chemistry, solve all the questions from study material provided to you by FIITJEE. They also provide you question banks as well. So just be sincere and work hard.

One year is a sufficient time period to study and clear JEE Mains with a good score. See, very important thing is how you can perceive your studies.
