JEE Mains is an all India entrance exam, so it is going to be tough. If you have to score high, you have to be good in physics. Chemistry consists of similar reaction, so it helps to score high. You should focus on the basics and improve your numerical solving capacity. Focus more on chemistry. It is easier to score marks in chemistry as compared to physics and mathematics.

It is not a very difficult to clear JEE Mains, you have four months. I think you should do more numbers of numerical in mathematics and physic, and learn the concept by practice. Strengthen your knowledge of basics. For chemistry, you want to read NCERT and make some short notes for quick revision.
