What should be my rank in COMEDK to get CS in RVCE?

It should fall around 400-500. When I went for COMEDK counselling two years back, it got closed at 470 something in second round. If you are in top 750 you should be able to bag CSE/ISE. Mechanical in MSRIT and CS in BMS are good too, but as per me, go for ISE in RV than CS in any other college. Go
