    Hello,
    There is no particular strategy to crack the GP/PI and written test for top colleges. What you just need is to focus on the certain things:
    (#) You should think about how you look. It is the first thing over which you have to put your concern. It doesn't mean that you need to be more fashionable, but you need to be professional during the GD/PI.
    (#) How you speak - Your vocabulary is very much necessary during an interview. You have to be much fluent in speaking and writing English. This will give you confidence. During group discussion, be participative, attentive and speak immediately whenever you get the moment.

    IIMC is a premier institution in India for journalism and media studies. There is a strategy and sincere preparation to qualify and join them. You must be aware of the structure of the Entrance Test which tests general English, GK/GS, mental aptitude/reasoning, analytical and comprehension skills, media related general knowledge, etc.
    The entrance needs thorough reading of some books that covers the syllabus. You may think of taking help of some trainer as well. I wish to guide about GD and interview because these two are the grey areas where most of the applicants fall short of the standards of IIMC.
