What should be my target rank for highly competitive courses at IIT Guwahati?

<p>Since the category of the candidate is not mentioned, I'm assuming the same to be under the General All India. To get admission into IIT Guwahati for BTech courses, the closing cutoff ranks ranged between&nbsp;<strong>623 and 9178</strong>. Some of the highly competitive courses includes CSE, with the closing cutoff rank of 623, Data Science and AI, with the last-round closing rank of 995, Electrical and Communication Engineering, with the last-round closing rank of 1658. So to target the highly competitive courses, candidate must target a rank of under 2000.&nbsp;</p>
