Hi Lucky,
As correctly mentioned by Rexmty, you can try to take admission in AMIE in civil engineering also you can consider your 12th in Arts and take up bachelors degree but in either ways you should decide depending on your area of interest.

You can try for AMIE In Civil Engineering or you can try to enter engineering through lateral Entry Scheme
