what should be preferred between MBA(IT) and MCA? what is the difference between the two courses?Is there any one here who is doing MBA(IT)
i am currently in TY.BSc(IT). also i am giving NMAT, SNAP and CET.

Dear Jarna, MBA(IT) is as different from MCA as cheese from Chalk. While MBA studies prepare you as business oriented executive with specific tilt in of the fields like finance, HR, IT etc. Out of 24 papers of MBA in two years, 7 papers are specialization papers and rest are common like OR, principl

difference between both courses is simple as one course give you in depth knowledge of IT field (MCA) but other course will help you manage IT field(MBA-IT), so MCA is a course to give you knowledge regarding IT but MBA-IT is a course of giving knowledge about management, especially IT.
