What should be the answer during VISA interview if Form I-20 was Changed?

hi this is srikanth..actually i went for a f-1 visa interview on jan12th with an INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY i20 and got rejected..now iam going for an inerview again with Southern new hampshire university i20 ... so iam expecting a question i.e why did you change your i20? wat shd i ans?

What was the reason given to you at the time of rejection? Also, why are you applying with the I 20 of the other university? Have you changed your mind about the first university and are planning to study at the second university?
