What should be the difference between the fee structure of MBA in a university and PGDM in an IIM?

Theres vast difference between them as University fees are somewhere btwn 2lacs for 2yrs and IIM have avg fees of 15lacs for 2yrs. Although, IIM have grt placement opportunity and learning is world class.
