The handwritten declaration should be written in English. The declaration must be written by the candidate himself/herself. The size of the file for the handwritten declaration should be between 50 KB -100 KB. The dimensions of the file should be 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (preferred for required quality) i.e. 1 0cm x 5 cm (Width x Height). The file should be saved in .jpg or .jpeg format.
