What should be the minimum percentage in class 12th (commerce) to get a government job?

For getting government job you need minimum 50% to score in your graduation and while getting education of your Bachelor's degree at that moment you should practice for some of the exams like UPSC, MPSC, banking and SSC which will help you to get government job.

I have got 43% in B.Com, am I eligible for government and banking jobs?

Hi Mohit, It's 55% for most of the jobs and exams required to be eligible for the same.
