What should be the minimum rank for ST/SC candidates to get admission in BE 3rd semester?

Is it necessary to have 10+2 certificate? Is it valid for arts student with one subject as maths?

Hello Bikash, Admissions to 3rd semester in BE. It is possible by way of lateral admission process. In this diploma holders are eligible to apply. Some states conduct entrance exam and some give admission based on marks of diploma. So your getting admission depends on procedure adopted by your state
