Your question is very much university specific. If you are looking forward to applying in the top universities, then you need atleast 75% and above in your UG as well as a GRE score above 1400. 12th percentage would not be given much importance when applying for a masters program. 60% and above in 1

i think it's just 60 to 70% for getting admission to a university by applying through gre..
