What should be the percentage of physics, chemistry and mathematics together to get admission in this college?

My son has scored 67% in 12th. He will appear for NATA this year.

With 67% in 12th, the candidate will have to secure around 155-165/200 marks in NATA 2019 exam to get admission in School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University for B.Arch.
Minimum required for taking up architecture is - Passed 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination (those appearing the 10+2 exam with PCM subjects in the current year may also provisionally appear in the exam, however, their result in NATA-2019 will be declared valid subject to fulfilling the above criteria). -

The aggregate percentage of physics, chemistry and mathematics should be 65% or more to get admission in this college. As your son has already scored 67%, so he will be eligible to take admission. Now, he just needs to pass the NATA exam. It's score will be valuable for him.
