There is no sure shot formula to crack STEP What has worked for person A may not work for person B.
The important thing to bear in mind is to have a pleasant and well-groomed personality, confident appearance and manner of speaking and presence of mind.

STEP is a very good program to join if you're interested in getting the practical knowledge and hands-on application. The steps are somewhat like employees of the particular hotel they're assigned to. A monthly stipend of 7.5k and 5 days you have to do your regular shifts, 1 day off and 1 day study
