There is no sure shot formula to crack STEP What has worked for person A may not work for person B.

With my experience of working with Oberoi group, I find that the most important part for cracking any Oberoi interview is based on attitude. The general tests are always the same for everyone, but the student who will finally crack through STEP will definitely have a positive attitude. You can't prepare for a 'positive attitude'. Either, you possess it or you don't. As mentioned by Mr. Singh, there is no sure shot formula, but you should prepare yourself to face the toughest challenges in the coming life in hospitality industry. Oberoi believes more on attitude of a person rather than skill.

You might wanna look into the life of a hotelier, it is in fact very very tough and the pay is quite less in the beginning career stage(1315k...more
